What countries do you ship to?
You can receive all your products from anywhere in Spain, including the Canary and Balearic Islands.

How long will it take for my FINESSE products to arrive?
 We always strive to deliver within 1-2 business days. For deliveries to the Canary Islands or the Balearic Islands, the delivery time is between 4 and 7 business days.

What are the shipping costs?
For only €4.95 you can receive all your FINESSE orders with a value of less than €30 at home.

For all orders over €30, shipping costs are free.

Returns

What is the return period?

All products can be returned within a period of 30 days from the shipping date. Cosmetics can only be returned if sealed and unopened with their original packaging.

  • First time purchase can be returned for free
  • Returns via DHL or post PostNL start from € 6.75

Processing a return?
Once we have received the article it will take us up to 7 days to process it.

As soon as the return is processed we will refund the purchase in the following manner

  • iDeal/Bancontact/: The amount will be in your account within 5 working days.
  • MasterCard/Visa:
     The amount will be credited to your credit card within 7 working days.
